A Long Journey
Our Story
The founder of PrepaidPlan.net began his career in wireless in 1990 when he sold Motorola pagers as a teen. In 2008, he founded a mobile payments company and joined a master distributor for Sprint-Nextel (NYSE: S). He and his team opened and supplied Boost Mobile stores with phones, sim cards, an activation portal to turn on phones, and a payment system to accept bill payments.
As dumb phones became smartphones, patent wars began for control of the smartphone industry. In 2012, he became Director – Business Development for Tangible IP and participated directly in 7 figure transactions that closed with Microsoft and Samsung. In 2015, he began building compliant platforms to enable wireless stores and inventors raise capital online to finance operations.
In 2020, T-Mobile acquired (bought) Sprint, and today he and his team are processors for hundreds of prepaid mobile brands in 150+ countries. PrepaidPlan.net was created to introduce an online model to maximize revenues. The founder leverages his unique skills in IP, capital formation, distribution, and M&A to help companies Start, Scale, and position themselves for a Sale.
